Mr. Muhammad is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers; Accredited Installer and member of the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association; Residential Builder and Lead Abatement Contractor, Michigan; HUD 203(k) Housing Consultant; Continuing Education instructor on Environmental Hazards, at Middleton Real Estate Training; Advisory Board for Detroiters Working for Environmental Justice; Certified home inspector; and, graduate of MSHDA’s Contractor Assistance Program. Mr. Muhammad resides in Detroit, Michigan.
Lawrence Muhammad is currently the Business Development manager for Hardin Geotechnologies, Inc. (WOSB). Hardin is a design and engineering company that focuses on “energy efficiency” through geothermal HVAC/Renewable Energy Heating & Cooling (REHC) hybrid systems including state of the art lighting applications for commercial and residential projects. Mr. Muhammad advocates geothermal HVAC/REHC techniques that are now a practical solution using ground source heat pumps (GSHP) and Hardin’s proprietary heat exchanger (BiSec). Mr. Muhammad believes REHC technology applications, in Michigan, are capable of employing thousands; generating a variety of new businesses; and, keeping millions of dollars in Michiganders pockets.
