Dirk Powell
Dirk Powell is the Director of Construction Services for T.H. Eifert Mechanical Contractors of Lansing. An industry veteran of almost 30 years, Dirk has been involved in thousands of construction and renovation projects spanning the residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. Dirk is a licensed builder and mechanical contractor, and is a LEED Accredited Professional through the United States Green Building Council. He is currently preparing to examine with the American Energy Engineers (AEE) to be qualified as a Certified Geo-exchange Designer (CGD), which involves the design and implementation of geo-thermal heating and cooling systems. He also holds an Associates degree in Solar Engineering Technology.
